Nice to meet you
We’re Roan and Daphne. We’ve both spent many years working in the hospitality industry, where genuine care and personal attention are at the heart of everything we do. Now, we’re excited to bring that experience into a new chapter—welcoming guests to our peaceful corner of Spain.
We share this wonderful spot, surrounded by nature, with our beloved dog Rolo, whom we lovingly adopted in Granada. Rolo is a true sweetheart—calm, friendly, and always ready for a cuddle or a sunny siesta.
Our dream has always been to create a place where guests feel right at home from the moment they arrive. That’s exactly what we aim to offer: the perfect base to relax, recharge, and enjoy all the beauty this area has to offer.

Rolo
Rolo came to us when he was about five months old. He was found in the mountains of Granada, a bit lost, a bit in awe of the world, but with the sweetest face ever. In the meantime he has blossomed into a fun, super social friend to everyone.
He is a real Spanish mezcla – in other words: we have no idea what is in it, but the result is amazing. Rolo loves people, cuddles, garden adventures and chilling in the sun. But tough? Well... except when a cat walks by. Or when there is water nearby. Then you see him suddenly dive away very bravely.
He is sweet, funny, a little bit crazy and always happy to see you. In short: Rolo is simply the best company you could wish for. And we can't imagine life without him anymore.
Roan
Roan is one of those people who can really do anything – and is also very sociable. Before he started this adventure, he ran the student café San Remo in Enschede for years. Pulling beer, creating a cozy atmosphere and playing guitar: that is his passion.
Before that he worked in a beach club in Ibiza (yes, really) and has also proven his qualities as a painter. He is extremely handy - whether it is a small job or a large project, Roan makes sure it gets done.
His specialties? Puns that make you sigh and laugh, playing guitar at sunset, and barbecuing like it's his job.
In short: with Roan you are always guaranteed a great time. A little music, a little fire, and above all good vibes…
Daphne
Daphne is small, but don't be fooled - she has enough energy for three. She used to hold her own as a manager in the hospitality industry of Enschede, but these days you'd rather find her with her hands in the soil than on a busy terrace.
Gardening is her great love. Ask her about tomato varieties or compost and you will get an enthusiastic lecture. And what she harvests does not simply disappear – it is transformed into a fresh bake or a surprisingly delicious cocktail. Pomegranate cake and rosemary gin? Nothing is too crazy.
In her free time, she likes to explore. Whether it's an unknown hiking trail, a strange-looking vegetable at the market or a new coffee shop - if it's new, Daphne is there.
